Trade‑Fair Photography in Berlin: Event and Booth Photography – Process, Effort, Pricing
Event photography requires a documentary approach: capturing moments, situations, and people as they unfold. How many hours will your event last, and for how long would you like photographic coverage?
The hourly rate of approximately €250, including 19% VAT, applies exclusively to event documentation. The final selection and image editing are billed separately, depending on the number of images and the individual editing requirements of each project.
The number of delivered images depends on their intended use and the scope of the editing. Editing event photos is generally less time‑consuming than the detailed photography of a trade‑fair booth, which is closer to architectural photography and requires specific techniques to highlight shapes, colours, contrasts, and details. Accordingly, the post‑processing for booth photography is somewhat more intensive.
